Who is this for?
The Self Protection for Women –Â Foundation course has been designed to provide a grounding in the basics of self protection and defence for women. This foundation course focuses on empowering the learners with an understanding of the principles of self protection and avoiding potentially dangerous situations, an understanding of the law and how it affects us in a conflict situation and provides some easy to learn basic methods and techniques to help defend oneself.
Pre-Requisites:
This qualification is available to those over 18 years old.
Course Elements:
LO1 Understand the principles of Self Protection.
LO2 Understand the Law, what we can and cannot do.
LO3 Basic Methods and Techniques for Self Defence.
